STEAM BATH

 Aromatherapy Steam Baths that contain:

    Lavender Aromatherapy –   helps promote calmness and wellness. Also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and possibly even mild pain and also relaxation.

    Eucalyptus Aromatherapy –  is an effective agent against respiratory diseases. It is used as an antiseptic, antispasmodic, decongestant, diuretic and stimulant. Its  cooling capability also helps with muscle aches and pains

    Salt Aromatherapy –  Increases the flow of oxygen to the brain; resulting in greater mental alertness, decreased fatigue, and more mental energy.
They can also protect against germs in the air, resulting in a decreased chance of picking up bugs that lead to common ailments.

 

 


STEP AEROBICS

Step aerobics can burn a lot of calories, especially if it’s done vigorously. .Burning calories through exercise, when combined with a reduced-calorie diet, can help you lose body fat and maintain a healthy weight.
